Is the stand dishwasher safe?
No. We suggest cleaning the stand with soapy water and steel wool. It is like a cast iron skillet, the more you use it the more 'seasoned' it becomes.

Are the skewers dishwasher safe?
Yes. They are stainless steel and will clean up fine in your dishwasher.

My peppers won't fit on the stand when skewered. What do I do?
Take your first pepper and skewer it so the bottom of the pepper clears the bottom of the stand, this will be your gauge to skewer the rest of your peppers.
